Weird fact huh?

Just as it is stated, SLEEP = GROWTH!

Do you know that a whole 75% of growth hormone is produced during the first hour of your child’s sleep at NIGHT? It’s that simple, SLEEP=GROWTH

If your child is not getting good sleep, it means there’s definitely chances of delayed growth!

Delayed growth can be in any form, it’s not height alone. Intellectual growth is a key area

As our parents raised us, we know they always said ‘go and sleep so you feel rested and refreshed in the morning’, start telling your kiddo: “go and  sleep so you can grow”. Weird but very true

It’s easy to get over excited about holiday and allow them stay up late. They are loosing valuable night time sleep! Even when they sleep late into the morning, there’s less growth hormone produced during daytime sleep.

Pls bear this in mind as you adjust their routine this holiday
